Hotel Accommodations
MEDSEEK Client Congress housing will close on March 1, 2013 or if/when the conference room block reaches maximum occupancy. Special conference discounts have been secured with a room rate of $219.00++ per night for single occupancy. Advance rates are not guaranteed once the block is full. Attendees are encouraged to book their reservations once Early-Bird Registration opens the week of January 14th.

- Turn right onto Congress Avenue

Capital Metro (http://www.capmetro.org/schedulemap.aspx) is Austin’s regional public transportation provider with over 32 million people riding the Metro every year, taking advantage of all the extraordinary things this city has to offer.
MetroRail offers comfortable and reliable passenger service weekdays between the City of Leander and downtown Austin. The Metro Rail has (9) convenient stations and (3) Park-n-Ride facilities, in addition to many MetroBus coordinated routes to make taking the train fun and easy! Hotel Parking
Parking for overnight guests is $32.50 for valet service. Additional public parking is nearby. These prices are subject to change and vary by vendors providing this service.

Conference Attire
MEDSEEK’s Client Congress attendees should wear business casual attire for all networking events, meetings and education sessions. A light coat or sweater is also recommended for evening functions as well as for breakout sessions as the meeting rooms are air conditioned.
